Once again the Deutz Chor, the Philharmonische Chor, the Gürzenich and Kölner Domchor as well as the Bonner Collegium Cantandi united as one; a great unit featuring more than 400 voices! The young boys were positioned on top. The masses were accompanied by a very well tuned Wuppertal Sinfonic Orchestra. Right from the beginning, Florin focused on his star soloists who immediately lead to a Belcanto. The choir’s entry to “Veni creator spiritus” succeeded in a powerful way. You can generally say that this master piece was a great success all together. It is easily condemned to falter due to its masses of voice which could lose their track. This concert was a great adventure.
