Gustav Mahler – Symphonie der TausendThe “Symphonie der Tausend” at the Philharmonie in Cologne More than 400 participants will perform the epochal opus, VIII Symphony in E flat major by Gustav Mahler. Due to its success, the Deutz Choir Köln was able to involve popular choirs and the nationally and internatinally acclaimed Sinfonieorchester Wuppertal. Also involved are internationally renowned singers such as you can findon recordings ofKent Nagano, Lorin Maazel and Michael Gielen.Performance dates were June 27 & 28 at 8 pm Philharmonie Cologne
